2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your shoes are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unused shoes in original condition with tags attached. If a pair arrives damaged, defective, or wrong size, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your shoes comfortable and high-quality? Yes! We prioritize cushioned footbeds, breathable uppers, good arch support, and sturdy outsoles for all-day comfort and durability. Many styles are designed for walking, standing, or light activity.

7. How do I care for my Tadeummarketing shoes?

  • Sneakers & casual: Spot clean with damp cloth and mild soap; air dry.
  • Mesh/knit: Avoid machine washing unless specified.
  • Leather/suede: Use appropriate cleaners/conditioners (check label). Specific care instructions included with each pair to keep them looking sharp.
